Order Processing & Handling
We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 2–3 business days (please contact us directly to arrange this service)

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BRAHNICS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
BRAHNICS is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend contacting us at sales@brahnics.com so we can assist where possible.
