The Yealink BH72 Headset series connect to PC/Laptop via USB dongle and direct Bluetooth (BT) to mobile phone. If you have a Bluetooth or USB capable desk phone, you may also be able to connect to that. The BH72 can maintain 2 connections simultaneously i.e. mobile + USB dongle or BT to desk phone + BT to mobile. If using with a PC/Laptop do use the dongle - it gives a reliable connection, better quality sound and better range. The charging base requires AC power bit you can also plug the headset into USB-C to charge.
